Application Instructions
1. Choose the award that best matches your background and goals.
2. Prepare a 500–750 word essay using one of the prompts below:
- Juris Firm Judicially Impacted Award: How has a parents incarceration shaped your goals and resilience?
- Nation Realty Services Real Estate Opportunity Award: How will your studies expand equitable real estate opportunities?
- Hagen Family Community Service Award: Describe a community service project you led and its measurable impact.
3. Gather your transcript and one recommendation letter (as a shareable link or upload). Please do not use artificial intelligence to prepare your essay.
4. Complete the online form by March 31, 2026.
5. Winners will be announced May 15, 2026.
Applying For The
Annual Student Award
A review committee of 3 to 5 impartial volunteers will evaluate applications using an informal scoring rubric. No sponsor shall participate in recipient selection to preserve independence. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed and recused with appointment of replacement volunteer.

Program Terms:
The Hagen Annual Student Award is privately funded and administered by the Founder in Florida, open nationwide.
Sponsors provide marketing sponsorships; no sponsor participates in recipient selection.
One application per student per cycle.
Award funds are typically paid to institutions and intended for tuition, required fees, and academic materials.
Disclaimers:
This program is not a 501(c)(3) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code. The awards are corporate sponsorships as marketing contributions.
Receiving an award does not create employment or service obligations.
Portions of awards used for non-qualified expenses may be taxable. Recipients should seek independent tax advice.
Program details and funding levels may change at any time based on available support.
Privacy Policy:
The Program collects application information solely for scholarship administration. Data is securely stored and may be retained for up to five years. No information is sold or shared outside the selection process.
